Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7-10 business days (Monday through Friday). We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Costs: (Domestic orders) Free shipping on orders over $100, otherwise shipping costs vary based on product weight. 

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the carrier’s website. 

Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
